Performance Management • PAA status posted weekly on HRO Reports Portal • Final Self Assessments begin 1 Sep 2016 • 1 Jun was the 120 day mark (No further modifications) • Completed final appraisals are due by 20 Oct 16 • New plans approved and in place by 30 Oct 16 • Reminder about scoring results • 4.50 rounds down to 4 - 4.51 rounds up to 5.0 • Incentives Program • Updated Ohio TPR 451, 1 Oct 2014 • FY-16 awards guidance has not yet been received 04 Aug 2016

OWCP ECOMP for Supervisors • What is ECOMP? • Employees’ Compensation Operations and Management Portal. • ECOMP has replaced the EDI method DOD used to file claims electronically. • Claims can be filed from any computer with internet access • Two main changes to filing a claim: • The employee must first register with ECOMP • Employee is required to complete the OHSA 301 when filing a claim • Link for ECOMP Supervisor training • https://www.ecomp.dol.gov/content/help/ReviewingFormsAsASupervisor/index.html 04 Aug 2016

  5. ECOMP’s Workflow Agencies have the option to file OSHA-301 forms using ECOMP. Not all agencies will elect to use ECOMP to file OSHA-301 forms. The National Guard has elected this process flow. 04 Aug 2016
