  3. SCOPE OF THE PROJECT…… • Eravathkunnu is a place of scenic natural beauty, an up hill near Kozhikode city. • The city is dispensed with the availability of space for relaxation. • A domestic tourism destination after the development.

  6. PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION…… • Road widening from mini bye pass road • Open air theatre. • Rock garden. • Watch tower. • Cable car connecting Guruvayoorappan college hill. • Refreshment area

  7. ROAD WIDENING • An extent of about 1.7 hectares of land is required for road development, which is to be acquired. • Vacant land of KMC shall be utilised for developmental activities.

  8. PROPOSED OUTLAY - 2870.00 Lakhs
