MESA Objectives • To increase the number of ethnic minority and female students who wish to pursue careers in mathematics, engineering, and science areas. • To provide activities to motivate ethnic minorities and female students to take advantage of educational opportunities.
MESA Objectives (cont) • To increase graduation rates of targeted students. • To strengthen the self-image of targeted students relating to success in math and science courses. • To provide the opportunity to associate with successful role models.

Weekly After School Tutoring • Thursdays – Scott Roskelley • Wednesdays – Mary Lambert • Times are from 3:00 to 4:00 in the respective teachers rooms.

Field Trip Guidelines • Must turn in permission form on time. • No D’s or F’s. • Must have attended a MESA meeting. • No citizenship problems in any class.
