Template Guidelines • Only the area marked blue here can be used • Everything outside this area must be kept clear of text etc • Brand image (cut outs) will occupy bottom left space • Image can be changed to suit Department or presentation topic • A range of images (cropped and sized appropriately) are in the Images section of this presentation…

Font: Baskerville Old Face, Size 28pt • To keep justified within this area, inside edge of text box should align to gridlines marked by blue lines: - left vertical: 10.00 - right vertical: 11.80 - top horizontal: 6.20 • Any text in this area should be font: Arial, size: 20pt • Heading gridlines: - left vertical: 11.80 - right vertical: 5.00 • Heading font: Baskerville, size 28pt

Template Guidelines • Bullet point with a single space between bullet and first word • Where a line runs onto second line align with text not bullet by holding ‘shift’ and pressing ‘return’ and then three spaces • Do not use full stops or commas at end of bullets • Exclamation and question marks are ok, as are ellipses… • Capital letter at start of lines • If secondary bullets are required ‘shift return’ down and ‘tab’ once • Introduce with a colon: - Use hyphen as bullet - Can have two per line - Keep them very short - Align them with each other - Try to change colour

  19. Corner Image Usage • The corner image can be put on slide master if consistent throughout presentation • A range of suitably sized images appear on the next few slides • Simply copy and paste onto slides as required
