    5. 12/2/2011 5 Live Burn of the structure *During good atmospheric conditions *Use of smoke minimize starters *shall not cause a condition of Air Pollution *Notify neighbors of close proximity of live burn *Remains of Structure must be disposed at an approved solid waste disposal facility and a receipt forwarded to the Department.

No formal approval required. *At a location other than a landfill. *Requires a plastic liner with 6 inches of earth on top to capture leaks of fluids (Hydraulic, brake, etc.). Contaminated soil will be treated as Hazardous Waste.

No formal approval is required. *Live demonstrations of fire extinguishers using fuel oil in containers require containment in case of accidental spill. *Research & Development –Foam Insulation Mock Simulation - aircraft
