  6. Put something in to get something out Redditch 18,000 m2 space – 75% empty Rents down to £5 per sq ft – no takers Out of town developments more popular Need for radical new solutions

  7. Lots of Co-location and sharing Evesham Droitwich Bromsgrove Pershore Wildwood Way But…….very little true integration

  8. Integration requires Tackle processes - putting customers first Integration of front desk and back office FAME Adopt single accommodation standards Integrate ICT systems

More of the same or a radical new future? • ‘One Town’ approach for every major town • Joint Worcestershire asset management strategy • New vehicle – JV/SPV/Trust that gives: • Joint ownership • Joint management &FM • Joint decisions on all property matters • Maximise potential of land and property
