  1. Towards the bottom of the left side of the district website, you will click on “Skyward Family Access” • Use the Login ID and Password obtained from your child’s school office.

  2. If you have multiple students in the district, you can change the student, the school, and your preferred language across the top row • Along the left, you can select what features you want to view

  3. Information in Skyward Family Access • You can see the various choices for information. Our system is constantly growing and our staff are working hard to maintain as up-to-date information as possible. If you ever have questions regarding specific information, please call your child’s school office.

  4. Ethnicity/Race • This information comes from information you provide at registration. • Student Information • Is the “main” information about your student, including your contact information. • Message Center • This is an area where teachers have the option to post messages to families. • Attendance • Gives you different view options to show your child’s attendance

  5. Schedule • Lists your child’s courses/schedule. • Discipline • May list child’s disciplinary records (if any) • Test Scores • Test scores may be listed • Food Service • Shows your balance, payments, purchases and detailed food service information. • You now have the option to make online payments to your food service account.

  6. Report cards • Schools can put past report cards there for your review • Email Notifications • You can choose to receive email notifications for attendance, food service, grading, and progress reports. • Health Information • May list nurse visits, accidents, medications and vaccinations on record (see the tabs) • Login History • Lists when your Family Access Account has been viewed by you in the past
