  2. Original Value Proposition • My original idea was based on retrieving fixed content much faster. Later that lead to the mulit-media playstation (MMPS), which demonstrates large files, such as video, music, picture, pdf, etc., can be accessed quickly and easily. • The multi-media playstation application can be potentially used by any age of user and any type of business. • Since all medias are located in remote server (Centera), a user could launch the mulit-media playstation on his/her own PC and mobile device (e.g. Cell phone or PDA) anywhere and anytime. • Finally, it’s implemented with Java, therefore, it can be run on any platform. (e.g. Windows, UNIX/LINUX, or Mac), even Mobile platform.

Original Value Proposition • Describe changes that you made during the challenge and why • Beginning with FS Tree (VJ Tree ), the application was transformed into the Multi-Media PlayStation program, since it is more fun . • Describe whether or not your business value has changed or been modified and why • Obviously, the business value is expanding!

  4. Application Information • End-user could launch the multi-media playstation on his/her own PC anywhere and anytime, either via GUI or CLI.

Original Value Proposition • System administrator is able to add media play-list via CreateApp by just pointing to the directory $Java FSMediaXAMCreateApp <Directory> • End-user is available to add/delete a play-list via GUI by a simple click. • Furthermore, user who prefers CLI is also able to run on the command line. $Java FSMediaXAMCLIApp

  7. Target Users • Mutil-Media-Playstation (MMPS) is targeted to any age of users and any type of business.
