User Scenarios • The following slides talk to how to gain CLS access in each of the following scenarios: • Existing WAWF/ PIEE Users in 1102 job series before 31 March (5.11.1 Release) • Existing WAWF/ PIEE Users not in 1102 job series • New WAWF/ PIEE User in 1102 job series • New WAWF/ PIEE User not in 1102 job series 8-10 May 2018

Existing WAWF/PIEE Users (1102 Job Series) • Existing WAWF/ PIEE users in an 1102 job series should have added their home organization DoDAAC and job series upon login after the 5.11.1 release • WAWF/ PIEE should have added additional capabilities to your profile. CLS Procurement Analyst/ Policy Analyst is one of these roles. • If your account has been approved by your supervisor and activated by your PIEE GAM, you will see a CLS icon on the WAWF/ PIEE landing page after login. • If you do not see this icon, your supervisor and/ or PIEE GAM likely still needs to take approval actions. 8-10 May 2018

Existing WAWF/ PIEE Users (Not 1102 Job Series) • Existing WAWF/ PIEE users not in an 1102 job series will need to manually add the appropriate CLS role. • This cannot be accomplished until after the SSO is active. • To do this, after logging into WAWF/ PIEE and select “My Account” • Then select “Add Additional Roles” following screen prompts to add the appropriate CLS role. • The requested role will need to be approved by Supervisor and then activated by the PIEE GAM. • After activation, the user will see a CLS icon and able to launch CLS. 8-10 May 2018

  6. New WAWF/ PIEE Users (1102 Job Series) • New WAWF/ PIEE users in an 1102 job series will need to self-register and identify their home organization, job series and other user information. • WAWF/ PIEE will automatically provide the user a handful of capabilities to access including the CLS Procurement Analyst/ Policy Analyst role. • You may add any additional roles you require that are not automatically provided to you. • The requested role will need to be approved by Supervisor and then activated by the PIEE GAM. • After activation, the user will see a CLS icon and able to launch CLS. 8-10 May 2018

  7. New WAWF/ PIEE Users (Not 1102 Job Series) • New WAWF/ PIEE users not in an 1102 job series will need to self-register and identify their home organization, job series and other user information. • The user will need to select the appropriate roles in WAWF/ PIEE to include (if applicable) the appropriate CLS role. • The requested roles will need to be approved by Supervisor and then activated by the PIEE GAM. • After activation, the user will see a CLS icon and able to launch CLS. 8-10 May 2018

In addition to your standard work related information such as name and email, you will also need to provide: • Cyber Awareness Training Date • Job Series/Title/Grade • Agency Name • DoDAAC/ FEDAAC Home Office Code There are a couple screen to complete and you can save if you need to stop to gather information 8-10 May 2018

  12. Now you need to select the CLS application and your role Be aware that roles tie to the DoDAAC you entered so if the roles do not look correct, check you location code 8-10 May 2018
