Are people fully engaged?

Desired State — Research Results — What is CL/M? — Implementation — Questions Desired State Multiple research studies illustrate that increased employee engagement leads to: • enhanced performance • increased employee satisfaction • increased customer satisfaction(e.g. Cummings & Worley, 2001; Gratton & Truss, 2003; Lawler, Mohrman and Ledford, 1995; Meyer, Paunonen, Gellaty, Goffin & Jackson, 1989; Tjosvold, 1998; Tjosvold & Tsao, 1989)
