We intend to solve some regulatory and legal issues in the new law – it was prepared some months ago, but we have to wait for new government (elections in two weeks) • Some standards are requiredin national tenders of eHealth project EHR systems:legal/regulatory context EHR Systems Quality Labelling and Certification 21 - 22 November 2011, Belgrade

  8. upgrade information systems for GP to support new approach of continuity of care for patients with chronic diseases – national requirements • improve interoperability in cross border exchange of Patient summaries and ePrescription in epSOS2 • co-finance of local information systems to meet standards like IHE profiles, HL7 CDA EHR systems: initiatives, plans EHR Systems Quality Labelling and Certification 21 - 22 November 2011, Belgrade
