Did you decide on the outcome in advance? What was the biggest barrier between you and the outcome? What did you do? What steps did you take? Was the actual outcome as expected? Was it successful?
Transformative Change Can be problem or anticipation driven Is long term Not sure exactly what the end state will be Not sure exactly how to get there Things change (both us & things around us) Not everything is within your control There are all sorts of Barriers & Resistance Unexpected outcomes
