  2. About Myself • My Name is Simone Kilduff • Im 18 years old • I live in Celbridge • I went in St Josephs College in Lucan • Completed my leaving cert there in June 2013

  3. Areas of interest • My Areas of interest within the Advertising and Marketing Communications Course include : • Advertising • Media • Public Relations • Event Management • Sales Promotions • Im particularly interested in Event Management and would like to gain more experience in that area.

  4. Experiences Student Enterprise Our Product • During my transition year 2011, my friends and I took part in a student enterprise competition, where we had to come up with a product, make a sales and marketing campaign for it and sell it within our school. • We came up with the idea of “Hugz”, small microwaveable beanies. • One girl from our group hand made all the “Hugz”. It was my job to advertise our idea around the school.

  5. Future plans • After I complete the Advertising and Marketing Communications Course, I hope to go on and find employment in one of the sectors of my course and become very successful in my work.
