Move a Casualty • Prepare the litter • Open the litter • Lock bars • Prepare the casualty • Place casualty on litter • Secure casualty
Ground Ambulance • Secure each casualty to their litter • Load most serious casualty last • Load casualty head first • Secure each litter to vehicle M1133 Stryker Medical Evacuation Vehicle (MEV)
Air Ambulance - 1 • Remain 50 yards away • Approach aircraft in full view of crew • Maintain a low silhouette • Approach aircraft from the sides HH-60L Black Hawk
