  15. Why drill in Coldharbour? • North Sea oil and gas will run out soon • Britain will have to import more oil and gas There is some “onshore” oil and gas in the UK National government allows “industrial development” to find oil and gas

  16. Why Not? • Not much oil and gas in Coldharbour • Many residents and visitors don’t want it • Would spoil a nice place • For people • For birds and animals Local government does not allow “industrial development”
