Blended Learning Strategy Goals • To support a replicable, economical, and sustainable training strategy for drug courts • To enhance training by providing peer facilitation to support team learning and strategic planning • To have peers help teams translate national drug court standards into local practice Center for Court Innovation
Blended Learning Process • Assess the training need– identify training needs based on the NPC peer review report recommendations • Develop a learning path – draft a learning plan, schedule review of materials; prioritize and plan the reviewof online content, written resources and data • Facilitate content review – use educational content to address peer review recommendations, include questions and activities to engage the team • Support action planning – develop an action plan with measurable outcomes for program improvement and/or enhancement including designated intervals and follow up Center for Court Innovation
