MCHB STATE EARLY CHILDHOOD COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE GOALS To provide leadership to the development of cross service systems integration partnerships in support of children in early childhood and enhance their ability to enter school healthy and ready to learn. To support States and communities in their efforts to build early childhood service systems that address the following: • access to medical homes • social -emotional development • early care and education • parenting education • family support.
