  2. Editorial • Definition- an article in a periodical presenting the opinion of the publishers or editors. • Sentence- The newspaper had an editorialthat contradicted the president’s decision.

  3. Incredulous • Definition- unbelieving. • Sentence- The story about the boy who was half squirrel, was incredulous even though the scientist insisted that it could happen.

  4. Nonchalantly • Defintion- Coolly, unconcerned. • Sentence- The scientist, realizing he made a huge mistake, handled the problem nonchalantly, like nothing major had happened.

  5. Rebellious • Definition- defying or resisting some established authority. • Sentence- The kid was so rebellious, he was arrested for disobeying an officer 5 times

  6. Reputation • Definition- public estimation of character. • Sentence- He had a good reputation of doing community service.

  7. Rivalry • Definition- the action, position, or relation of a rival or rivals competition.

  8. Sarcasm • Definition- harsh or bitter derision or irony.

  9. Sympathetic • Definition- compassionate.

  10. Unfathonable • Definition- unbelievable.
