Key project management responsibilities include creating clear and attainable project objectives, building the project requirements, and managing the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope, and quality.”

What criteria are used to “qualify” you for the job as Project Manager? • Qualifications : PMI, Prince2, PMP, CAPM, Agile, MCTS, MCITP, Scrum, Six Sigma • Industry experience • Application or Infrastructure experience • Size of the project • “When do you qualify a project as a success?” • Budget • Size • Resources managed • Stage of the project (run, change,…) • Reporting structure (Board of Directors, Steering Committee,…) • Boundaries between PMO, PM, Program Manager, Project Leader, Project Coordinator…
