  2. This 1907 traditional South Pasadena house has a basement with a bar, movie room, wine room, and is highlighted by a vaulted arch brick ceiling.

  3. This modern home, in Hollywood Hills, has an open interior volume and many unique features. The architectural details like mottled stucco, curved standing seam aluminum roof, and pipe railing truly make it a one of a kind house.​

  4. Originally designed by Reginald Johnson in 1917, this project involved expansions, interior renovations, and a new outbuilding to this historic property. As with all of the historic properties we work on, our goal was to be seamless and unnoticeable with the new work while simultaneously providing technology of today.

  5. Originally built in 1917 by architect G. Lawrence Stimson who was also the architect of The Wrigley Mansion, which is now known as the Tournament House, we were very careful with all of our additions and interior renovations to honor the original design of this historic house in Pasadena. The cabana adjacent to the pool has a full changing room, a fireplace, a tv, an outdoor barbecue and bar, and a pizza oven.
