Building the Vision District Task Forces • 19 Task Forces Budget, Information Technology, Summer School, Human Resources, Special Education, Communication, Transportation, Facilities, Nutrition Services, and more • More than 150 members participated from our 4 unifying school districts • Hundreds of hours in the development of operational and policy recommendations

One District, One Vision • 54 school sites with 3.5 M total sq ft. on 760 acres of land • Including about 30,000 pre-K thru adult education students and about 3,300 staff members. • Serving 26,468 meals per day • Operating & maintaining 133 school buses on 117 routes transporting approximately 7,000 students
