  2. INTRODUCTION Nodosaurus are members of the Nodosauridae family, who were plant-eating dinosaurs living from the late Jurassic to early Cretaceous periods. There have been five accounts of discovery made in the marine deposits of numerous areas of Alabama around the Black Belt. These creatures lived on the planet when the northern half predominantly consisted of closed-canopy forests. In the next part of the presentation, we talk about some interesting facts and information about the nodosaurus.
