This workshop focuses on the implementation and legitimacy of the Local Action Plan (LAP) for the project "Gare, coeur d'agglo" in Łódź. It aims to bring together all stakeholders involved in the project to officially present the LAP and discuss issues related to human capital and mobility. The workshop will also address the challenges of linking local and transnational exchanges, managing the LAP, and ensuring its sustainability.

Conclusions • ULSG : meetings, work habits, different views, colaboration, stakeholder and problem identification, articulation scale, methodology, freedom, inhabitants are in the centre of the reflections… • Difficulties in linking Local and transnational exchanges.
