Requirement • Your challenge is to name your team, create a logo, and develop a one line mission statement. You will present your team name, logo and mission statement in a 4 minute Power Point presentation that will be shown in the March 9th class. • In the presentation you will also introduce your team members, describe their mini-strengths and motivational dispositions and how you plan to take advantage of these mini-strengths and motivational dispositions as you work together as a team.
Requirement Cont. • Factors Used to Determine the Winner • Creativity. • Degree to which your team name, logo, and mission statement work together to produce a meaningful concept that is relevant to the goals of this class. • Your understanding and appreciation of team member’s mini-strengths and motivational dispositions. • The professionalism of your Power Point presentation. This includes your ability to organize your material and briefly present it in an interesting and compelling format—humor is encouraged. • In addition, to the Power Point presentation you may submit one page of supporting documentation that contains the evidence you used to conclude that team members had particular mini-strengths. Remember that by being watchful while you work together on this project, you can learn a lot about each other. • The winner will be determined by a panel of outside judges and Prof. White.
