Kinds of Dogs • 32 breeds used in World War II • People donate dogs to war • Mainly German Shepards and Labrador Retrievers are used for war
Amazing Facts • 3,747 dogs were used in the Vietnam war, but only 204 lived • A war dog memorial is in New Jersey • They go on multiple missions
Conclusion • When someone brings up the Army, try not to only think about the soldiers and the weaponry. Think about the dogs. • They are just as important as the rest of the military. • They should be referred to as soldiers.
