How many eggs can a falcon lay? • The female falcons will lay only two to four eggs. • Eggs are only laid during the spring. • Eggs are laid about every other day until the nest is full.
Why do eggs not hatch? • When an egg does not hatch it’s because the falcon in the egg dies during incubation. This can happen for several reasons: • The eggs were not kept at the right temperature • The eyas didn’t develop correctly • The parents abandoned the nest
