Choosing The Right Team Choosing the right construction team for your project is important. • Do they understand your vision? • Do they have a design resource available to help you? • Do you know who will be in your home? • Are they licensed and bonded for all activities they’ll do? • Have you received a referral or checked references? • Do they warranty their work? • Do you trust them? What is your gut instinct?
