CHAPTER OPERATIONS • Chapter operations simply mean managing your Chapter for growth. • In effect it involves two broad functional areas viz. - managing the Chapter and - growing the Chapter • Chapter operations demand direct action from the Chapter President and his Executive, Directors and Committee Members with the support of the Sector Field Representative.

  8. MEETING PLACES • HOTELS • RESTAURANTS • CONFERENCE HALLS • CENTRAL: easily accessible, descent and attractive • Classrooms and churches/church premises not recommended

CHAPTER MEETINGS • MAINLY 2 MEETINGS (though there are others) • WEEKLY MEETINGS/SEMINARS • Discipleship Classes - CREDIBLE MEN to handle • General Meetings - MUST BE ATTRACTIVE • SUPER ALTS II • FUNDAMENTALS • BIBLICAL TOPICS • BUSINESS • FINANCE • LEGAL ISSUES • HEALTH • SOCIAL ETC Aim: MAKE TRUE DISCIPLES FOR JESUS CHRIST CREATE A VIBRANT AND A TOTAL MAN IN THE HOME, THE MARKETPLACE AND THE CHURCH

PATTERN OF WEEKLY MEETINGS • M.C. : - • Opening prayer : 05mins • Praises and Worship : 10mins • Short Testimonies : 10mins • Teaching/Talk : 30mins • Questions : 10mins • Prayer/Ministration : 10mins • Offering : 05mins • Announcements : 05mins • Closing Prayer : 05mins • TOTAL TIME : 1 ½ hrs

Managing the Chapter:- • Spiritually ready and punctual. • Sensitive to the Holy Spirit and not carried away by • emotions and personalities. • Extremely professional, Alert and maintains orderliness • throughout the Meeting. • In tune with the speaker -must make time to meet him • before the Meeting. • Ready to intervene when problems arise.   14. FUNDING THE CHAPTER • FGBMFI is a giving ministry. We give of ourselves, and serve people, without expecting to be rewarded in return. God blesses us, as we give to His work. • Annual Budget • Individual pledges to finance the budget • Offerings: Weekly and Outreach Meetings • Sponsorships • Special Fund Raising

  15. FUNDING THE NATIONAL • Annual Budget • Membership Registration • Chapter levies according to classification • Special Fund Raising (In May every year) • Printing & Sale of Voice Magazines and Literature • Arganbright Partners • Fund Raising for Airlifts • Individual Sponsorships

SHORT TESTIMONIES(Bear in mind that your time is 5 minutes only) THESE AREAS MUST COME OUT DISTINCTLY • What was your life like before you became a christian? • How did you come to know the Lord as your Saviour? • What has He done in your life since you made Him Lord and Saviour? • What can Christ do for the listener that He has done for you? • Make your testimony fresh, demonstrating God’s love, mercy and power in your life • Practice your testimony before sharing it at a meeting • Ask a chapter officer or committee chairman to listen and offer positive suggestions for strengthening your testimony
