CIL Adoption Timetable • Stages / where we are now: • Independent Viability Assessment completed – January 2013 • Consultation on a Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule completed – March 2013 • Process and draft responses to consultation comments • Workshop with agents and developers to validate viability assumptions – July 2013? • Consult on Draft Charging Schedule and supporting evidence – January / February 2014? • Submit Charging Schedule to Planning Inspectorate, Public Inquiry – April 2014? • Adopt and implement the CIL – November 2014?
