Your Role : Educate and Refer • Explain services and benefits to Sailors (the 51 Elements) • Ensure they fully understand eligibility and how to access services and benefits • Refer Sailors to people or resources that allow them to take advantage of these services and benefits (Hint: FFSC)
Your Role • Help Sailors set goals, and develop and implement plans using the ITP • Help sailors complete and maintain the E Form/ DD2648 • Encourage Sailors to invite their spouses to participate in the transition process, workshops, and briefings • And, of course, motivate, remind, and listen
