Ingredients • 2 cups sugar • 1 cup vegetable oil • 4 large eggs • 2 cups all-purpose flour • 2 teaspoons baking soda • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger • 1 teaspoon baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon salt • 2 cups pumpkin puree or cooked mashed pumpkin • 1 (16 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk • 1 lb. chocolate

  3. Equipment • Stand Mixer • Dry measuring cups and spoons • Liquid measuring cups • Rubber scraper • 8” round cake pan • Cooking spray • Double boiler • Lollipop sticks
