Comrades Marathon Association • OPERATIONAL STRATEGIC PLANNING AND LOGISTICS • Strategic decision taken to restructure & professionalise the CMA in 2004 • 12 full time staff employed headed up by GM • Race Director manages Race Organising Committee • Race attracts 18000 runners from 57 countries and contributes over R500 million in economic impact to KZN

Comrades Marathon Association • CMA CONSTITUTION • CMA is a PBO which is constitutionally established and exists by special dispensation in ASA and KZNA • CMA is a member of KZNA and the Constitution was amended to be in alignment with KZNA and ASA. • Further amendments were made during 2012/2013 to promote further Unity and Commonality
