  3. Use the 8 step technique for 10-15 seconds, at least 5 times for each step. • By washing your hands you can prevent: • Diarrhoea and vomiting • Food poisoning • Flu • Norovirus • MRSA Hand washing

  4. General Cleanliness Tips! Alcohol-based hand gell may be used in other circumstances. You can only do this 5 times before having to embrace the NHS standard soap again!!!
