Dealer Screen After logging in, the dealer is presented with the Dealer Info screen. The normal location information is pre-filled. If at another location, the Dealer must enter that information (gun show, etc.). When Dealer information has been entered correctly, this button switches to the Purchaser Screen.
Purchaser Screen The Purchaser information is entered by the Dealer on the screen shown below. The Dealer can work with multiple Purchasers during a session. Once the Purchaser information has been entered, this button moves on to the Firearm screen. If the Purchaser wishes to shop for additional guns, his or her information can be saved so the transaction can be continued later. That allows the Dealer to move on to other gun Purchasers in the interim.
Firearms Screen The firearm information is entered on this screen. Note that the Purchaser name is clearly displayed at the top. If the Purchaser desires to continue shopping, the transaction data and current gun(s) is/are saved with this button. When the firearm(s) for a Purchaser is/are entered, the transaction can be submitted to the State for approval. Multiple guns may be entered by using this button.
Transaction Status Screen The Transaction Status screen displays the status of all transactions performed during the day. The states of the transactions are: Submitted (not yet processed), Approved (automatic approval or OSP Operator approval), Denied (after OSP review), Pending (processing started, but no result yet) Delayed (extensive research required).
