Best practices • Best practices are diffused by: • two class rapresentatives; • two institute rapresentatives; • school web-site; • school newspaper.
Best practices Example 1: in order to reduce waste of water, we explained to everyone how to use the new timed taps. ISISS G. Verdi Valdobbiadene (TV)
Best practices Example 2: in order to reduce heat losses, we explained to everyone how to use thermostatic valves. ISISS G. Verdi Valdobbiadene (TV)
Best practices Example 3: when we find a room involved in free heating (sun, computers, people, etc.), we reduce the heat power of local devices. ISISS G. Verdi Valdobbiadene (TV)

“Oscar della sostenibilità” Each one of the 4 school branches is going to produce a spot or a videoclip. Topic: sustainability ISISS G. Verdi Valdobbiadene (TV)
“L’inventore sostenibile” In February 4A ITIS class distributed in every class a form to collect ideas for saving energy in our school. The aim is to involve the most students in the project and, perhaps, find some good proposal to save energy or reduce losses. IV A ITIS – Valdobbiadene (TV)
Conclusion • Advantages of this project: • We are learning how to save energy (= money), and we can apply this experience at home; • We are saving energy in a public building, discovering how much people can do, without any investment in technological devices; ISISS G. Verdi Valdobbiadene (TV)
