Point No.1:- (Renew of Contract Sify Technologies Ltd)Done by Mrs. Manvi Sharma & Mr. Deepak Kumar We have renewed contract of Sify Technologies Ltd on 14th Sep’13 & also give order to Company where they have completed feasibility. We have renew contract with company on 30% discount price. Old & New prices is as under: Old Price of 512 Kbps = Rs.40,000/- New Price of 512 Kbps = Rs.33,500/-Below is the Purchase Order :- Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

  7. Point No.2:- Installations of DOT Matrix in EST:-Done by Mr. OpinderKrishan& Rohit Kumar We have successfyllyinstalled DOT Matrix in EST Section in HOJ on 30th Sep’13. They are complainting for new printer but we have give him old printer from stock. The Cost of new printer is Rs.7200/-. If printer purchase from market then company will loss Rs.7200/- From our engineer effort the cost has been saved. User Satisfaction Report:- Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

Point No.3:- Installations of Open Office in HOJ & STNs Mr. Anksuh Hans & Mr. Rohit Kumar We have installed Open Office in HOJ & Branches on 9th Sep’13 after getting mail from Microsoft that audit will be done any time. From that point of view we have done internal audit through from NIC team & SFO’s & get installations of Licence Software Open office in all HOJ computers & Branches. The cost of Microsoft Office 2010 : Rs.20,000/- And Open Office : Free We have give Microsoft Office 2010 to those users who have really need of this. We have 100 Microsoft Office Licence & we are mainting that list accroding to licence. We have also given trainning to Our SFO’s regarding how to check pirated software & installed Licence software in all branch computers. Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

  9. Point No.4:- Provides New CPU to NBCC.Done by OpinderKrishan We have provided Old CPU to NBCC section as they are demanding for new CPU. But we have given CPU from OLD stock. From this effort we have saved the cost of New CPU i.e Rs.17,000/-. Point No.1:- Shifting of Domain d2dexpress.com:-Done by Mr. DushyantKohliWe have successfully shifted d2dexpress.com & nitcologistics.com domain from our local server to CTS India on 23rd Sep’13. After shifting of Domain all problems of mail bounched back are resolved. CTS India Control Panel & User Satisfaction Report: Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvements

Point No.2:- Purchased Windows 8 Licence:-Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Mrs. Manvi Sharma We have purchased Microsoft Windows 8 Licence of 150 Users from OST India Ltd (Chandigarh) on 20th Sep’13 after declaration of Microsoft that they will do audit in our Company. From that we have contact OST India Ltd & resolved all these issue. Below is the Purchase Order of Licence Points reflects to mission – User Satisfactions

  13. Point No.3:- (Installations of Thunderbird for Email)Done by Mr. Rohit Kumar & Mr. Ankush Hans.We have Installed Thunderbird in those computer where we have installed Open Office. Actually after un-installing of Microsoft Office, Users are facing problems in Outlook Express. For that we have installed thunderbird in those computers. User Report of Thunderbird Emails Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

  14. Point No.4:- (New Design of HBET Website:-)Done by Mr. Nitin Sharma We have design new layout of HBET website on 24th Sep’13 as advised by MD Sir & Ms. Kalindi Bhalla. Layout of RES Website Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

  15. Hurdles:- 1. Facing problems due to shortage of staff. Solutions: We have get 1 Person from POD after his judgement for half day. 2. Microsoft Audit. Solutions: After constant tele talk we purchase 150 windows instead of 450 and No office instead of 100.
