1. Cleansing • Ensure that there is adequate amount of the cleanser, then lather it up with lukewarm water. Massage it onto your skin in a circular and upward motion, then rinse them off completely before patting your face dry with a towel. • It is important to not rub your face too vigorously when cleansing your face.
2. Toning • Pour the specified amount of toner onto a cotton wool and wipe your face with it carefully.
3. Moisturizing • Dab your face with the moisturizer, then massage it gently in a circular and upward motion.
4. Eye Cream • Eye Cream is to minimize the appearance of crow’s-feet, helps reduce the appearance of both puffiness and dark under eye circles while special optical diffusers noticeably brighten the eye area.
5. Sunblock lotion • Dab your face with the sunblock, then massage it gently in a circular and upward motion. This should be done 15-30 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied again 15-30 minutes after sun exposure begins.
6. Exfoliating • After cleansing your face (Step 1), apply the exfoliant and gently massage it in a circular and upward motion. Rinse it off before toning and moisturising your face
7. Vitamins • Other than ensuring that you perform the basic facial care regimen, it is also important to have a well-balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Ensure that there is enough water intake. Revitalise your skin with a regular intake of the essential vitamins.
Vitamin A • Vitamin A prevents drying of the skin and postpones aging, and can be found in carrots, sweet potato, spinach, egg, mango etc.
Vitamin B • Vitamin B promotes cell growth and helps to maintain healthy skin. It is present in whole grains, potatoes, yogurt, avocados etc.
Vitamin c • Vitamin C aids in the production of collagen, which helps to keep your skin firm and supple. It is present in fruits like orange, lemon, blackcurrent, kiwi etc.
