Types of Presentations Case studies or “in-depth stories” of successful social service programs or practices serving individuals, families, and/or communities;  Presentations from a historical perspective about a particular social service program, problem, or issue that will provide background, lessons learned, and applicability to the Army today;  Evaluative studies or program evaluations incorporating data to demonstrate the effectiveness of a social service program, intervention, or practice strategy; Traditional social service research projects using quantitative and/or qualitative methods.
