  2. SECTION COMPOSITION • SECTION HEAD – 1 • SECTION OFFICER – 1 PERSONNEL FOR MANILA, NORTH LUZON, SOUTH LUZON, VISAYAS, MINDANAO AREA, • MAINTENANCE Staff – AT LEAST 2 PERSONNEL PER AREA

QUALIFICATION • SECTION Head • Engineering Graduate; • At least 5 years experience in Managerial or Supervisory level for Maintenance, Engineering and construction works; • 30 to 35 years of age. • SECTION Officer • Engineering Graduate with at least 2 years experience in supervisory level for maintenance, engineering and construction works; • 30 to 40 years of age. • Maintenance Staff • - Must be at least college level, • - 24 to 40 years of age, • - Minimum of 2 years experience in electro-mechanical, and plumbing works.

  4. COMMUNICATION SYSTEM • 1. Every area will be given a periodic preventive maintenance schedules; • 2. Reports for maintenance concerns will be course through by Store Manager, Management trainee and Area Manger to Section Officer assigned in each area and then will be replied through e-mail, fax or hard copy document, for the schedule of work, materials needed and name of person to do the task; • 3. A monthly reports will be submitted each store branches for their record and reference; • 4. Section Officer and Maintenance Staff will be reporting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to Section Head;

  5. SCOPE OF WORK • 1. Electrical works; • 2. Air-con and condensing units cleaning; • 3. Repair of equipment; • 4. De-clogging of sewer and waste line; • 5. Exhaust duct checking; • 6. Replace busted fluorescent tube of signage except pylon signage; • 7. Repair of doors, broken tiles, locker, baffle filter and roll-up door; • 8. Monitor and record utilities consumption; • 9. LPG line leak testing • NOTE: If franchised Store will request for the service of Maintenance staff, charge will be based on a daily rate of personnel that will do the task and overtime will be compensated accordingly.

  6. TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT • 1. Digital multi-tester or clamp ammeter; • 2. Portable welding machine; • 3. Portable Pressure washer; • 4. Close and open wrenches set; • 5. Portable Auger machine; • 6. Manual de-clogging equipment; • 7. 6 and 12 feet aluminum ladder • NOTE : Revolving cash fund will be needed for emergency repair purposes and Motorcycle for quick response.
