  8. My Personal Signature Approach to Selling My personal belief: I believe in being absolutely honest with my clients before I take a listing. I will tell you exactly what to expect and how I can help you through it. I will tell you : If your approach isn’t working and it’s time to try mine…in some cases the house doesn’t sell because the seller isn’t willing to try something new. I will be honest: I will tell you what you need to price your house at – I’ll explain why – I can show you full report CMA’s that will clearly indicate why another property is listed at that price.
  9. Honesty continues: I will tell you what your up against based on the condition of your home and the current market value. I will guide you in to what steps you need to take to get your house to sell at the asking price. I will also suggest that you lower the price to meet the fair market value. I will assist in staging your home (if Vacant) I will host “Open Houses”

I will do a Virtual Tour I will host Open Houses I will personally “Stage the Home” I use several different methods of marketing – NOT JUST THE SAME MLS – all the other agents use. I will monitor the marketing of that house. I can send reports on the number of people viewing it I can send reports on the number of people that have seen it. I will show the house only by Appt. Only. (For your protection)
