This study explores the impact of Strengths-Based Leadership on team development in Patient-Centered Medical Home settings. Research methodology involved interviews, analysis, and training evaluations in four clinics. Results highlight improvements in team dynamics and member satisfaction from the training. Recommendations for future implementation are discussed.

Research Questions • Does having an understanding of individual and team members’ leadership strengths improve team development? • Will team members find the Strengths Based Leadership training useful to their role and their team?
Methodology • Interviewed with Director, Manager and 3 Change Coaches • Organizational Development Analysis using CAP • Found a GAP in team building • Developed Training Curriculum • Experimented on 4 clinics • TDM measure & Team Evaluation Questionnaire used to test
