Strawberry Industry Labor Survey: A Comparison of H2A Guest Worker and Domestic Migrant Worker

This survey compares the demographics, wages, working experience, migration patterns, job satisfaction, and future labor supply of H2A guest workers and domestic migrant workers in the Florida strawberry industry. The findings aim to inform labor management and hiring decisions and support industry collaboration with the legislature.
