  5. What gets in the way? • Lack of understanding of the role • Lack of resources: human & financial • Business pressures: patient turnover, beds

  6. How does pastoral care best integrate within the clinical team?

  7. Multidisciplinary team meetings • Visual presence/ profile • Feedback to team- compliments & complaints • Induction & orientation of new caregivers
