  2. Survey and charting progress in Antarctica since HCA-14 • New charts produced (INT, national, ENC): INT 9125 – Baía do Almirantado was published (1st Edition) on 15DEC2016. Result of cooperation between BR, PE and UK, the INT chart gathers data collected from those Member States. • Areas surveyed: two specific areas were surveyed in 2015 (southwest planned chart INT9151) and 2017 (Admiralty Bay and INT 9125 region). • Risk assessment studies: XXX. • impact of Polar Code on your activities: XXX. Status of Relations with Other Organizations • Scientific and polar institutes: internally, several institutions are involved in the Antarctic Commission (OPERANTAR): MCTI, INPE, FURG, etc… Contributions and exchange of data and knowledge with UKHO, DHN/PE and SHOA/CL. • Cruise vessels: XXX. • Hydrographic data received from other organizations: UKHO and DHN/PE. • Hydrographic data provided to other primary charting authorities and/or GEBCO: SHOA/CL and GEBCO. Planned Activities for 2018-19 • New charts: no new charts are planned for the next 2 years. • New surveys: new surveys are going to be conducted according the Hydrographic Data Collect Plan for Antarctica (main navigational corridors + INT9151 region). Particular Issues that may require HCA Consideration • Even during the period of reconstruction of EACF, scientific activities were performed by Brazilian scientists, using as platform not only the Polar vessels but also emergency modules installed at Keller Peninsula and refuges (Nelson and Elephant islands).
