  6. BPO - Roles approval • Work with AA Master menu (N000AA20 ) • Displays the BPO for a functional Role code. • Displays the Authorized Agent for an agency

  8. AA Request history • Menu - Audit change to User Roles • Disseminating Information • Please be sure to inform end users when receiving notification of role changes.

  10. Work flow security settings • Batch Management – functional area batch flow- from create, approve, and post • Approval Route – procurement document flow – Role PT20 and higher • Execution Control- Pre-payroll HR 21, 22, 25

  11. Verifications • NIS User Access – verification/changes • Authorized Agent – Agency Director • Statewide User’s – confidentiality statement

SOS Employee • All NIS security requests for SOS employees will be approved through AS/State Personnel • New SOS Job Order Form will include NIS security options • Request supervisors visit with agency AA prior to requesting access for temps • NIS access for Agency & Private sector temps can be directly requested by the agency

Web Updates • Security Page Menus • NIS Role Descriptions • To Include BPO designation • Please let us know if more needs to be added to Role Descriptions to eliminate access questions. • NIS User Authorization Spreadsheet – use will be discontinued after Automated Security Requests are implemented. November 10th the Authorized Agents Role will change from AA10 to AA20 automatically by NIS Security
