  1. Trip to Coromandel Bay; Part 1 The Journey there

  2. 6.00 am • I arrive here the first one. Nobody here but me. Notice the computers are still switched on.

  3. 6.30 a.m. • The other students arrive one by one including Sally and Jasleen from our class and 12 other students from other Biology classes. Mr. Clay arrives and informs us of details of the trip. We wait for the van and car.

  4. 7.00 a.m. The van and car arrive 30 minutes late because the drivers, two ladies from the Albany Campus of Massey University got lost. • Three of us went into the car including Darnyaa and Sandip from other class and me.

  5. Cloudy day

  6. Notice the farm house tucked behind the trees.

  7. 8.30 a.m. • Going along a windy road(extremely windy road) around hills after Kopu Road. Huge pine trees and some small tropical looking trees. • Felt carsick.

  8. By the sea

  9. Darnyaa tried to feed the seagulls with chips…
