  4. Key Points from 2012-2013 Budget Overall most expenses stayed within Budget. President Elect Training and Regional Planning Meeting over budget . Awesome CRC last year gave the region a $4697 head start Even with over budget items we managed to come in $2206.45 under budget. This because we didn’t have a CRC loss and didn’t need a CPA audit
