  4. FORM of Confirmation • Lay your right hand on/over the person’s shoulder • The dip your thumb in the Sacred Chrism and make the sign of the cross on the person’s forehead, saying “Be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.” Slide 4 of 5
