WELCOME! 4 full days – (1) Scene setting; (2) Current status; (3) Strategies for improvement; (4) The way forward (Prospectus) The purposes of the workshop are: 1) to build awareness of the issues with unnecessary diagnostic imaging and measures to strengthen justification; 2) to improve radiation protection of patients, particularly related to appropriateness criteria 3) to gather information about the approach to radiation protection of patients regarding justification of radiological medical procedures and to the use of clinical diagnostic imaging guidelines in the region
WELCOME! (Prospectus) The workshop will be conducted in English and French. The workshop will focus on interactive group exercises and supporting technical presentations by experts. Efforts will be made to ensure sufficient time for discussion and exchange of experience.
