Recommendations on UHD Committees:Senate committees • No immediate changes are necessary other than MS department electing 2 senators instead of 3. • Senate committee webpage should be updated annually with current election procedures, terms of service and membership lists by the president-elect or the secretary of the senate.
Recommendations on UHD Committees:Standing and advisory committees • Specify procedures for creating, reviewing or discontinuing special standing and advisory committees. • Create a single document (e.g. a supplement to PS.01.A.03) with charges, composition rules and terms of service stated in a precise and uniform language. • Have specific person responsible for posting and updating it annually.
